1. Three state-owned banks -- Bank of Baroda, Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank will be merged together. With this merger, country's third largest bank will come into existence.
सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के तीन बैंकों -- बैंक आफ बड़ौदा, विजया बैंक और देना बैंक का विलय किया जायेगा। इनके विलय से देश का तीसरा सबसे बड़ा बैंक अस्तित्व में आयेगा।
2. India and Malta signed the three MoUs for collaboration between the foreign services institutes and cooperation in maritime and tourism.
भारत और माल्टा ने विदेश सेवा संस्थानों के बीच तालमेल तथा समुद्र और पर्यटन क्षेत्रों में सहयोग के लिए तीन सहमति पत्रों पर हस्ताक्षर किया।

दूरसंचार क्षेत्र की कंपनी वोडाफोन इंडिया लिमिटेड आदित्य बिड़ला टेलीकॉम लिमिटेड का अपने में विलय करेगी। आदित्य बिड़ला टेलिकॉम लिमिटेड की दूरसंचार बुनियादी ढांचा कंपनी इंड्स टावर्स में 11.15 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी है।
