Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released an important notice regarding RRB Group D Exam, RRB NTPC Revised Result, and RRB NTPC CBT 2 Exam on 10th March 2022.
Candidates who have applied for RRB Recruitment for Group D Posts against Advertisement RRC-01/2019 (Level-1) and appeared for NTPC CBT 1 Exam 2021-22 Posts (CEN 01/2019 (NTPC) can check the revised schedule here.
RRB Group D Exam's Important updates 2022:
As per the notice, Railways will conduct only one stage of the RRB exam for the selection of candidates for the RRB Group 'D' exam.
There will be no second stage of CBT for Railway Group 'D'.
Due to the abolition of the second stage CBT etc., it has been decided to follow the revised methodology with special conditions for conducting CBT for Level-1.
RRB Group D Exam Date 2022:
The CBT for RRB Group D, Level-1 is planned to be conducted tentatively from July 2022 onwards.
RRB Group D Admit Card 2022:
The admit card will be issued in June or July 2022 on the RRB's regional website. The board will inform about the exact dates in due course.
RRB NTPC CBT 1 Result's Important updates 2022:
- Candidates should note that the board will release the revised result of those candidates who were not qualified earlier.
- As per the RRB notice, 20 times unique candidates will be shortlisted as per the Pay Level for the 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) for CEN 01/2019 (NTPC).
- Candidates already declared qualified will continue to be qualified.
- The list of additional candidates to be shortlisted will be notified at each pay level.
- The result will be made available in the first week of April 2022.
RRB NTPC CBT 2 Exam's Important updates 2022:
- Those candidates who have qualified in RRB NTPC CBT 1 and who will be selected in the revised result scheduled in April 2022 will appear in CBT 2 exam.
- Efforts will be made to accommodate RRB-wise 2nd Stage CBT for each Pay Level in a single shift so as to remove Normalization.
- Where due to capacity constraints or not possible in a single shift, percentile-based normalization will be done.
- Percentile-Based Normalization, which is simple and easy to understand, will be used where the number of shifts involved is more than one.
- RRB NTPC CBT 2 for 'Pay Level 6' will be conducted in the month of May 2022.
- However, the exact date will be notified after the declaration of CBT 1 additional result in the first week of April 2022.
- The date of the CBT 2 exam will be intimated for 'Pay Levels' other than 'Pay Level 6'.
RRB NTPC CBT 2 Admit Card 2022:
Candidates will be able to download RRB NTPC CBT 2 Admit Card 4 days prior to the exam.
However, the exact date will be notified after the declaration of CBT 1 additional result in the first week of April 2022.
